Ingredients
For pie crust
Flour 200gm
Butter 100gm
Salt A pinch
Cold water 2-3tbsp
For filling
Egg 6 nos
Cream 225ml
Milk 475ml
Beef bacon 200gm
Onion 50gm
Button mushroom 150gm
Ground blackpepper 1tsp
Cayenne ½tsp
CARA PENYEDIAAN
For pie crust
- Mix together the flour and butter in the bowl. Rub it until became breadcrumbs.
- Add the egg yolk and water till the dough mix well.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly until smooth. Shape into a disc and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.
- Roll it out and place it onto pie sheet-pan. Bake it for about 5 minute at 180℃, half cooked before put the filling.
For filling
- Dice onion and fry beef bacon till crispy. Chopped. Put it aside.
- Saute onion, button mushroom and oyster mushroom.
- Beat egg and add milk and cream. Season with salt pepper.
- Add the fry ingredient into milk mixture.
- Pour the mixture into pie crust.
- Bake for 30-40 minute at 180℃
