ALLEMANDE SAUCE


Ingredients

Veloute
Butter
Sliced button mushroom
Salt & Pepper

Technique of production 
  1. Heat the butter in the pan.
  2. Saute the button for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add in veloute, maintain boiling point for a few minutes. 
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. 
Note: Chopped onion, garlic and cream can be added.
