Ingredients
Veloute
Butter
Sliced button mushroom
Salt & Pepper
Technique of production
- Heat the butter in the pan.
- Saute the button for 3-5 minutes.
- Add in veloute, maintain boiling point for a few minutes.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Note: Chopped onion, garlic and cream can be added.
