CHICKEN CORDON BLEU


Ingredients

Chicken Breast                     1 nos
Bacon                                  1- 2 slices
Mozarella                             20gm
Salt                                       to taste
Pepper                                  to taste
Bread Crumb                        50gm
Flour                                     10gm
Egg                                       1 nos

Cooking of Method 

  1. Chicken breast cut into half but not cut off till the end. 
  2. Season the breast with salt and pepper. Place on a aluminium foil. 
  3. Place bacon and cheese on the chicken breast. 
  4. Begin rolling, fold the ends toward the center to close the ends of the roll and finish rolling. 
  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. 
  6. Bread the chicken using SBP - standard breading procedure. Coating in flour, dipping in egg and coating in breadcrumbs 
  7. Deep fry the roll until fully cooked about 8 minutes.
