Ingredients
Chicken Breast 1 nos
Bacon 1- 2 slices
Mozarella 20gm
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bread Crumb 50gm
Flour 10gm
Egg 1 nos
Cooking of Method
- Chicken breast cut into half but not cut off till the end.
- Season the breast with salt and pepper. Place on a aluminium foil.
- Place bacon and cheese on the chicken breast.
- Begin rolling, fold the ends toward the center to close the ends of the roll and finish rolling.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Bread the chicken using SBP - standard breading procedure. Coating in flour, dipping in egg and coating in breadcrumbs
- Deep fry the roll until fully cooked about 8 minutes.
