Ingredients
Chopped garlic 5 gm
Chopped Onion 10 gm
Rosemary 30 gm
Demi glace 0.5 liter
Heavy Cream 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Technique of Preparation
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Saute the garlic and onion till fragrant.
- Add in rosemary and continue to saute for a while.
- Add in demi glace and simmer for a few minutes
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Add some cream before serving.
