BLACKPEPPER SAUCE


Ingredients 

Chopped garlic                                               5 gm
Chopped Onion                                             10 gm
Crushed peppercorn                                      30 gm
Demi glace                                                     0.5 liter
Heavy Cream                                                 2 tsp
Oil                                                                 2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper                                                to taste

Technique of Preparation
  1. Heat oil in the pan.
  2. Saute the garlic and onion till fragrant.
  3. Add in crushed peppercorn and continue to saute for a while.
  4. Add in demi glace and simmer for a few minutes
  5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  6. Add some cream before serving.
