Ingredients
Salad (Any type) 120gm
Vinaigrette Dressing (2:1)
Oil 50ml
Vinegar 25ml
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking of Method
- Wash and try any type of salad.
- Plating on the plate and served with dressing either served seperate or mix all together.
Vinaigrette Dressing
- Put the oil in the bowl.
- Whisk int he oil gradually.
- Season with salt pepper.
