FRENCH SALAD SERVED WITH VINAIGRETTE





Ingredients

Salad (Any type)                                          120gm

Vinaigrette Dressing (2:1)

Oil                                                               50ml                                            
Vinegar                                                        25ml
Salt and pepper                                           to taste

Cooking of Method
  1. Wash and try any type of salad. 
  2. Plating on the plate and served with dressing either served seperate or mix all together. 
Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. Put the oil in the bowl.
  2. Whisk int he oil gradually.
  3. Season with salt pepper.
