NICOISE SALAD SERVED WITH FRENCH DRESSING



Ingredients 

Iceberg Lettuce                                    60gm        
French bean                                         20gm
Potato (cube and boiled)                      20gm
Tuna                                                    10gm
Cherry tomato                                     1 nos        
Black olive                                          2 nos
Stuffed green olive                               2 nos
Quail egg                                             2 nos

French Dressing

Oil                                                        50ml
Vinegar                                                 25ml
Blackpepper (crushed)                          a pinch
Shallots (chopped)                                5gm
Salt & Pepper                                       to taste

Method of cooking
  1. Wash and dry the lettuce. 
  2. Boiled the potatoes and cut into cube.
  3. French bean blanched with hot water and tossed. 
  4. Tomato cut into wedges 
  5. Sliced black and green olive.
  6. Mix all the vegetables with  tuna.
  7. Add in boiled quail egg
French Dressing
  1. Combine the vinegar, blackpepper, shallot and mix well.
  2. Whisk in the oil gradually. Store at room temperature.
