Ingredients
Iceberg Lettuce 60gm
French bean 20gm
Potato (cube and boiled) 20gm
Tuna 10gm
Cherry tomato 1 nos
Black olive 2 nos
Stuffed green olive 2 nos
Quail egg 2 nos
French Dressing
Oil 50ml
Vinegar 25ml
Blackpepper (crushed) a pinch
Shallots (chopped) 5gm
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method of cooking
- Wash and dry the lettuce.
- Boiled the potatoes and cut into cube.
- French bean blanched with hot water and tossed.
- Tomato cut into wedges
- Sliced black and green olive.
- Mix all the vegetables with tuna.
- Add in boiled quail egg.
French Dressing
- Combine the vinegar, blackpepper, shallot and mix well.
- Whisk in the oil gradually. Store at room temperature.
